Question: would you volunteer to receive cybernetic augmentations to your body? If so, what would you have augmented? If not, why not?

This is assuming no host rejection and no cost or maintenance.

I’m curious to see your response(s). 

I’d replace my legs in a heartbeat. I’m not exactly sure why, but I’ve always wanted robot legs.

And I’m not sure why I never thought about it before, but I’d definitely get my eyes augmented, even just to have 20/20 vision so I wouldn’t be limited by my glasses anymore.

I’ve often thought of this on my walks home and I’ve come to the conclusion that I’d love to be a cyborg or have a bunch of cybernetic augmentations. I’d start with the eyes so i could get rid of my glasses and have some kind of recording device and a HUD with all kinds of fancy things up in there and then i’d get upgraded lungs and heart so i’d never tire, then i’d do the obvious super legs and arms (some kind of concealed weapon in the arms couldn’t hurt). I wouldn’t want any kind of skin over the arms and legs either, i’d want everyone to bow down to my carbon/titanium super parts.
